(Because not many people actually know much about Crystaall's backstory for SWTOR, and I've had 8 years of experience to just turn it into the most dramatic thing possible, here you go!)
The Mercenary with a lightsaber, as she calls herself, is known fully as Crystaall Sehefadu Zekera. Raised across multiple types of backgrounds, Crystaall's most known strength is her physical prowess and ability. Born as a Princess of Naboo, her father taught her about his family's past, and even taught her how to fluently speak Sith. She was then given to the Jedi, so her father could focus on training her brother and sending him to the Sith. During her time under the Jedi, she was a Padawan who was studied very closely, since she didn't age as fast as everyone else. Months before she received a suitable Master, the Sith Empire struck Coruscant. Fleeing for her life, Crystaall managed to escape the Jedi Temple and landed in its Underworld. There, she scavenged for food, and did her best to survive until she was taken up by Exiled Mandolorians. They were known to other Mandos as Dar'manda, and she accepted the title willingly, and swore she would kill their Alor. After 4 years, she pulled it off, and the whole group disbanded after their last job was finished. Crystaall stayed on Coruscant, with one of the Dar'mandas watching her. He was named Vex, and was extremely protective against the young teen. When a job goes wrong and the Empire sends spies to assault the Underworld of Coruscant, Vex helps Crystaall escape on his ship, at the cost of his own life. She later meets a mirialan by the name of Yiirl, their relationship as friends has always been complicated, but he helped her get through everything, when her brother cut off her arms, gave her an A.I in the process and then just left her on the sands of Tatooine, where Yiirl finally found her again, and got her patched up. When Yiirl spoke of Crystaall's loyalty, she demanded they go there to meet her family. During their visit, Crystaall meets her mother, who seemed shock that Crystaall was alive and a Bounty Hunter. Unfortunately, the time to share stories was short, since the Sith were done negotiating with the Queen of Naboo. With the help of Republic troops, Naboo was defended from the Invasion of Theed by ten thousand mercenaries, led by the man named Jigual. Crys and Jigual fought one on one with swords drawn, the battle was intense, and Crystaall's new cybernetic limbs, and the A.I's tactical mind proved helpful against the veteran mercenary, who she killed in cold blood. In the aftermath, her Mother was killed, and her father was unaccounted for. She denied the opportunity to be Queen, and just requested that she be forever known as Naboo's Princess. The request was accepted, and Crystaall went on several adventures with Yiirl in the Republic Military, feuding against her Sith brother without intention, until the Cold War phase halted both sides attempts to destroy the other. In the end, Crystaall left the military and went onto a life of Wandering as an Ex-Jedi, since she took a lot of time to hone her blade skills, and took lightsabers from her dead Jedi comrades in secrecy. Ever since she left, Yiirl has been active in the smuggling business until he decided to take on the role of watching his good friend closely. Crystaall denies any knowledge of the Sehefadu legacy, except for the fact that one her ancestors have another child in the Jedi Order. Her thoughts on the Legend of the Zekera are mixed, knowing that completing it gives her something to be proud of, but it also means she can't choose what she desperately wants to do. It is the exact reason why she hasn't hunted down her brother and family rival, even when she now has the Spirit Sword, Zekera's ancient lightsaber of power which unlocked Crystaall's ability in the Force.
-Republic Military File 10376- Name: Crystaall Zekera Age: 21 (42) Occupation: Former Captain of Special Forces Squad Angel Basic Information: Captain Zekera is a loyal soldier of the Republic, even after she left the military, she has been willing to put her life on the line for the Republic as a hired mercenary. Her skills with a blade, vibrosword or lightsaber, are to be of note. Many in her old squad hate her decision of defection, but we have many eyes upon the Princess of Naboo. The Jedi Order has been alerted of her skill with lightsabers, but they have not taken any action. It is thought that the sabers are from dead Sith. Other informa-CORRUPTED DATA- be very aware that they are dangerous. -End File 10376-

I...I can't continue on with this bottled up. My.. involvement, has been mere coincidence. I was looking for a way to escape darkness, control it and use it to help the people I served. Instead, Darkness, an whole lot of people thought differently. They couldn't abandon me, they couldn't just leave me alone. They had to stick by my side, consistently tell me that we were friends, even in the next life. And then the darkness pressed on, further and further. Possessed by one ancestor, only to have an A.I activate. Rid ourselves of one nightmare, and another follows. Unlock the secrets that have been kept from me for almost half a century, only to find that there were more hidden doors in my past that I never knew about. I walk around blind, a guardian that opposes darkness that can consume those she cares about. To me, the Republic I knew and served died, soldier invade my second home, and now I barely get drunk. One event, changed my life. It will kill me eventually, if it doesn't kill my friends before me. Zekera comes back from the dead, Velleta reborn, a mysterious other who plans to be just as threatening as the Evil Vell. My father never died, and has controlled my life up until I died and regained a new body. My daughters have disappeared, the man I plan to protect with sword and saber is off with Hez, and the people I decided to protect, has all but abandoned the place we call home, except for the Guardian Angel herself. But I use the term lightly, because Regene is no Angel, Guardian would just be a new way of saying she keeps the chaos in check and tops people from killing themselves. You could say she is an entity of the Force that is meant to see that people don't bring more chaos into the Galaxy that has two factions and more at it's helm, clamoring for power and wealth. All I wanted, from the start, was to see that I don't become a victim, a martyr, a hero, or anything really. I sought to make sure that peace was always there, to help the small child down the street. It seems I instead, grabbed the knot of chaos behind the curtain, and tried to pull it loose, only for it to pull harder, and take me off the stage, to the one that harbored the real enemy, the real threats. I'm not the center of attention, but there are several people who know me. I'm not the hero I claim to be, I'm only a Self-prophesied Legend turned victim. What am I a victim of? Several events of my life, to be honest. Death, seems to be a common occurrence to those events, and it seems to have claimed another. He said it was his last job.... he was right abut that, but in a different manner. He never asked for my help, and I never asked for his, but ever since we met, we've had each others backs, even with my 'problems'. They say he died by poison, but I know that t was not the case. That wasn't poison, the was my father and his agents. The last man I could count on to get my things done for me, is gone, and now I have a bunch of allies from the bar to rely on, and one of them, seems to be getting darker. If you thought for one second when you look at me, without knowing me, that I'm just 'another girl' in 'another bar'..... then you better walk right out the cantina. This is no longer coincidence,.... this is our journey, starting once more. I fear that by the time this one ends, and peace is back again, there'll be some new faces and then others will be lost in the crowd that surrounds us everyday. My only true fear though, is how far will some of us be willing to go, to see that we all end up alive on the other side?

Holo-Recording #274
Crystaall stands there staring at something when Lauara, and a cloaked man her same size approach her, weapons drawn.
Crys - "Lauara, you know better than to sneak up on me. And you.... know not to fight me straight up in a fight." L - "We got you now though." Bal - "Now!"
Both of the kids strike with their lightsabers. In a spin-like fury, Crys abandons her cloak, ducking and igniting her own sabers as she halts both of their strikes.
Crys - "Let's see what you two got!"
Pushing them back, she throws a kick at Bal, who backs up and dodges, a she spins around, swinging at Lauara who deflects the blow and throws her own witch is countered by her mother. Bal steps in with his single blade, unloading a fury of strikes, which Crys fends off with her other hand. She backflips backwards and then with lightning speed, Force sprints past them, and the two follow. The recording cuts to a long fight scene between the three combatants, Crys deflecting and reflecting everything thrown at her, never losing her ground. Bal seems to be struggling with his own stamina and Lauara's strikes seem to be uncoordinated.
"Come on kids, you got to try harder than this."
She force pushes them both backwards and goes to ease.
"You know your opponent well, but not yourselves. I've won this fight."
Her sabers deactivate, and she drops them to the ground.
Both of the kids look at each other and smile, and try to strike the undefended Crys, who begins to block the saber attacks with her phrik metal forearms. Her hand-to-hand combat being shown quite well, the trained eye would realize how long she's had her fighting experience would outmatch even veteran soldiers. Kicks, punches, blocks, trips, flips, counters, spins, dodges, ducks, Force-augmented movement. Her battle prowess was impressive.

Wind in the hair, the light breeze struck her as many of the patrons began leaving. She was motionless, she couldn't move. She felt like stone. Staring at the headstone, she couldn't even look back at the memories she had. Nothing would help.
Crystaall Sehefadu Zekera, Princess of Naboo A protector of all, and friend to many
Tears formed around her eyes, but she couldn't sob.... she couldn't even fall to her knees. The tears hit the grass like drops of acid. Behind her, the city of Theed was rebuilding itself from the destruction. Destruction that 'she' committed. She put her hands over her face, and tried to hide her tears. Now she could fall. Now she could land upon her knees and feel the pressure the 'she' felt. It was her responsibility now. Until the time came though, she would cry until the sun's fall.
Legs hanging off the edge of the Promenade, elbows in her knees, and hands holding her chin, she took a deep breath and sighed. She couldn't live a few moments longer. She couldn't continue to endure the emotions. That's alright. She can take the emotions better than her. Continue being dead, don't return. You've already given all you could to halt all the evil you faced. She stood up and stretched her arms, rubbing her horns. She twirled on one foot, and then fell right off the railing, smiling as she caught a speeder mid-fall.
Staring at the pool of lava, she shrugged at the reflection she thought she saw. Child. Purity. Untamed. Immortal. Foolish. Just like you. NO! Cute. Don't say a word. Then disappear. She stopped looking at the lava, and pulled out a small canteen, drinking the contents. Milk. Nerf Milk. You have been replaced. She turns around and begins walking back to her shuttle, ignoring the silent observers. "Bring me home." "Yes m'lady."
The images flooded her existence. No physical body to even ponder. She just stared and sighed. The images of the future, the images of her true past, not the ones Meer had manipulated. She studied them time and time again. It almost felt like she had done so for centuries. An echo in all their ears would ring. "World Snake."
She heard this, startled, and stopped crying. Standing up she put the words in her head and closed her eyes. "Yes Master." Lauara walked off to continue her pilgrimage.
All she could do was grin wider as she took her vibrosword and sliced down the criminal, shoving his body out of the speeder and taking it for herself. The Hand of Justice. "Smart girl." Vemile piloted the speeder back to her own apartment.
She continued to drink her milk, and then began cackling maniacally. She knew not these words, but it sounded like a brand new toy, or something she could use to impress Master Z. "Dead people do have their uses." Skaidrus chuckled as she soon fell asleep in her nice lush shuttle bed.

He walked with his hands in his pockets, walking down the streets of Coruscant. He stared up at the bright blue sky and let out a long breath. He watched the several people bickering between each other. So many conversations. They weren't as bad as he remembered them to be. At least, his own bickering. He tapped the pistol on his hip when shady characters walked by him. A warning of how quickly he could take them out. Not a single one dared look him in the eyes. He expected such looks. It had been a while since he stepped foot on Coruscant, but the shadier folks still knew what he looked like.
It appears you still carry weight. Do remember the last time I saw you? Do you know how hard it was to erase it from my mind?
"At this rate, you'll never even be able to forget my voice, let alone my face."
Clever as always. I won't bother you any longer.
"All you need to do is rest. I have everything under control. Trust me."

Several years ago....
"Staring at the sky won't get you anywhere." Vemile said as she walked up behind the young Crystaall who wore battered clothes. "It reminds me that there's still something good in this galaxy." She responded, still staring as the wind began to blow. Hands on her hips, Vemile only sighed and looked down for a moment, then returned her gaze to the kid. "As my student, and as someone very important to this galaxy and irreplaceable by your friends, you cannot stand idle. You must repeatedly train, you must become stronger if you're going to continue standing up against the challenges that rise higher than yourself." The words almost were like a curse to Crystaall. Her whole life was tragedy, but it was a tragedy that was meant to inform her of her duty, keeping the galaxy a safe place. Stopping any 'evil' plans and making sure that corruption never ran too deep. She was supposed to stop everything from becoming chaotic and uncontrolled. "Now come on, we still have to get your lightsaber form down before I can teach you anything about the Dark Side." Vemile said, walking off. Crystaall stood there for a few more moments, looking up to the sky with a hope in her heart. "I'm not allowed to escape my destiny.... am I?" She whispered to herself.
Present day...
Standing in the same spot she was years ago, she looked up to the sky, only to see it's color change to black, corruption and evil spreading throughout the galaxy made the darkness that much closer to her then it really was. "You can't escape a destiny that's meant for only you. Hmph. I'm waiting for you to give me a sign to return, Thayta. I can't stand idle for too long." She whispered to herself as her spirit dissipated. The end wasn't near, but before long, it would seem like an end was needed.

"Captain?" "Hm?" "Are you not joining us for the briefing?" "No, I have... thoughts to ponder." "Alright but the General might take your neck." "I already lost two arms, what's a neck to this old girl?" "Alright Captain, no need to get weird. We'll be back."
All she could do there was stand, staring at all of them. These were not her soldiers that she commanded. These were apparitions of her, from her past experiences. Her childhood life as a hunter-in-training, a soldier, a wandering jedi, a friend, a demon possessed by power. Identity crisis would barely work in this situation. They all stared at her, expectantly. She didn't know what to say. There wasn't much to say. She was abandoning her old life. She was making sure the galaxy was safe without giving into the reason she was created and born into existence. She had accepted that fact long ago, but now, it seemed pointless. Why decide something that wouldn't care for her opinion because someone better than her had already made the decision? She even refused to take her newest 'body'. Not out of refusal of destiny, but refusal of power. Power she would never be able to contain. Zekera wanted her to become the strongest being in the galaxy, so her legacy would live on. Well, she became just that, a Legend. Crystaall the Friend, the Ally, the Bodyguard, the Victim, the Hero.... she had many 'titles' to her name. None of them were needed. She wished she was a child again. That all the tragedies with Vex had never occurred. She wished she was still serving with Blaike at her side, stopping the Empire. She wished she could stand by Thayta, Hez, Aveena, Asori, Regene, Hakurou, Rinoa, Wynter and Sky as friends forever, that never encountered any version of Velleta and went on living happily as friends. She wished she never had discovered her power in the Force with that damned Spirit Sword. She wished she was just oblivious to all of her families past so she could just be her, and not be someone everyone expected her to be.
So this is who she wanted to be. A soldier on the front lines. Meant to do the tough jobs with people she trusted at her side. Destiny was only supposed to be an illusion, never a reality. In reality, the only illusion you have is the one you create yourself. They all stared at her and smiled.
"I will not let my 'destiny' keep me chained. I lived a life I never wanted, but I won't refuse wasn't fun. You all are my memories of that. Now, allow me to make new memories, so that the past doesn't matter."
Vex leaned against the door's frame and crossed his arms, coughing into one hand.
"Miss me beautiful?"

-C-I-A Database File- Name: Crystaall Sehefadu Zekera Alias(s): The Legend, Dark Angel, Princess of Naboo Race: Human-Zabrak Hybrid Age: 24, Mental Age: 49? Occupation (Previous Occupations): Bodyguard, Bounty Hunter, Republic SpecForce, Smuggler, Jedi, Mercenary Biography: Born on Naboo, Crystaall Sehefadu Zekera was given the title of 'Princess of Naboo', being the only female child born of a Queen during her reign (At the time). Given to the Jedi by her father Haein at the age of 5, Crystaall was taught the Jedi ways, along with her own knowledge of the Sith, and their language (Taught by father). Of course to her, it was a life she never wanted, and almost every teacher she had got a violent response, but with time she softened up. At the age of 10, the Sacking of Coruscant hit, and the Jedi temple was in complete chaos. This left the child Crystaall to run and flee to the Underworld, where she met rogue Mandalorians that taught her the ways of Bounty Hunting. After a few years, she killed their leader on Alderaan, and went on to a life of Bounty Hunting. At the age of 14, her life got thrown into a vortex of chaos and confusion, having forgotten all about her past, being reminded of it, and the hinted at some destiny she was meant to have. She rediscovered her ability in the Force after losing it, reclaimed her title of Princess of Naboo, had her arms cut-off and replaced by durasteel cybernetics (Later replaced by Phrik (Material strong enough to make contact with Lightsabers)). An AI was also implanted into the back of her skull. She went on without triggering it for a long amount of time before leaving the Republic SpecForce Divison. She left it under the care of Lieutenant Blaike. Going on to a life of wandering and searching for prpose, the AI tried to take control. With training under Vemile about lightsaber combat, Force Techniques, and how to control the Dark Side, Crystaall soon pushed the AI out of her conscious (Until it showed up again only to be disabled by Regene and siphoned its information) Her knowledge of her mother's side of the family is only recent, but her knowledge of the Zekeras is high. Discovering her destiny before joining SpecForce, she refused to acknowledge it. She believed even with how much she went through, it could not be her. After leaving Vemile, Crystaall went on to wander more, and worked as a Mercenary under the Republic Military's paycheck. Along with discovering the Spririt Sword which was meant to help her uncover her destiny, dieing twice, encountering the Evil Velleta and much more, Crystaall continues to refuse her destiny to be a 'Legend'. She believes that there will be another like her in the next thousands of years that will do it. All records pointing to Crystaall's birth and her 'legend' state that there will more than likely be another to do the task, but someone on the outside is pushing for it to be her.
